Adobe Releases Individual Creative Cloud App Subscriptions
Adobe has released individual Creative Cloud application subscriptions. Instead of having to buy the whole CC suite in order to have access to the newest features, you can now pick and choose only the apps you will use.
On June 17th 2013, Adobe released their first round of improvements and new features for Creative Cloud. With literally hundreds of new features and 15 brand new apps this marks one of the biggest product overhauls in Adobe’s history. Now you can access the latest features you need, and nothing more, with individual App subscriptions.
80% of all new adobe customers are buying Cloud subscriptions and it is getting a near 5 star aggregate review. People love it. If you’re unsure about subscriptions and what they mean for you or your company check out Adobe’s open letter to Creative users here.
Just a quick reminder: CC (Creative Cloud) runs on your desktop and does not require an internet connection to operate. Once per month you will need to be connected to the internet to validate your license. If it isn’t validated within a 1 week grace period CC will stop working.
Moving forward, all new features will be released exclusively to CC, so if you want to stay up to date and remain competitive you’ll need to get Creative Cloud.
